Blueberry Pie Cru…
Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup ice water

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt and sugar. Add the butter and mix with a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. Add the ice water and mix until the dough just holds together when pressed.
  3. Shape the dough into a disk and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before rolling out.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
