- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk of choice (almond, coconut, skim, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon honey (or other sweetener)
- Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
