Blueberry Oatmeal…
Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice (almond, coconut, skim, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or other sweetener)
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
