Blueberry Oatmeal…
Ingredients
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk or milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or melted butter

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, buttermilk, and oil.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  4. Heat a lightly greased griddle or large skillet over medium heat. Pour batter onto the griddle in 1/4-cup portions. Cook until bubbles form on top and the edges are golden brown. Flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
  5. Serve with your favorite toppings.
