- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Stir in the melted butter, egg and milk until well blended.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Fill the muffin cups three fourths full.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until done.
- Cool before serving.
