Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with muffin liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Make a well in the center and pour in oil, egg and milk; mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in blueberries.
  4. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until done.
  5. Cool before serving.
