Blueberry Jam
Ingredients
  • 4 cups blueberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water

Steps
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the blueberries, sugar and water.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool.
  5. Transfer to a jar or container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
