Blueberry Crumble
Ingredients
  • 4 cups blueberries
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8-inch (20 cm) square baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the blueberries, flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt.
  3. Add the butter pieces and rub them into the dry ingredients with your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Spread the crumble mixture evenly in the prepared baking pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
  6. Let cool before serving.
