- 4 cups blueberries
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8-inch (20 cm) square baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the blueberries, flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt.
- Add the butter pieces and rub them into the dry ingredients with your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Spread the crumble mixture evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
