- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, flour and brown sugar until crumbly.
- Spread the crumb mixture evenly over the bottom of the unbaked pie crust.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the blueberries, cinnamon, lemon zest and salt. Spoon the mixture over the crumb mixture.
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
