Blueberry Crumble…
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, flour and brown sugar until crumbly.
  3. Spread the crumb mixture evenly over the bottom of the unbaked pie crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the blueberries, cinnamon, lemon zest and salt. Spoon the mixture over the crumb mixture.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
