Blueberry Crisp
Ingredients
  • 4 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 6 tablespoons butter

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease an 8 inch square baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the blueberries, sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt.
  3. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the oats and butter. Sprinkle over the blueberry mixture.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, until topping is golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool before serving.
