- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 loaf French bread, cut into 1-inch cubes (about 8 cups)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cut into small cubes
- 2 cups blueberries
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, nutmeg and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter.
- Place bread cubes in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle cream cheese cubes over bread.
- Pour egg mixture over bread and cream cheese. Gently press down on the bread to make sure it is evenly coated with the egg mixture.
- Sprinkle blueberries over the top. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
