Ingredients
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 loaf French bread, cut into 1-inch cubes (about 8 cups)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 2 cups blueberries

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, nutmeg and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter.
  3. Place bread cubes in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle cream cheese cubes over bread.
  4. Pour egg mixture over bread and cream cheese. Gently press down on the bread to make sure it is evenly coated with the egg mixture.
  5. Sprinkle blueberries over the top. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
