Blueberry Coconut…
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons blueberries

Steps
  1. In a mason jar or bowl, add oats, yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir together until combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, stir in the shredded coconut and blueberries.
  4. Enjoy!
