- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons blueberries
- In a mason jar or bowl, add oats, yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds and vanilla extract.
- Stir together until combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir in the shredded coconut and blueberries.
