- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a 9x13 inch baking dish, mix together the blueberries, 1/2 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
- Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup flour, baking powder and 3 tablespoons sugar.
- Stir this mixture into the blueberry mixture.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
