Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of plant-based milk

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the oats, blueberries, cinnamon, vanilla extract and milk.
  2. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 6 minutes.
  4. Serve the oatmeal in a bowl and top with desired toppings.
