- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. active dry yeast
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/3 cup dried blueberries
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt. Add the warm water and honey and mix until combined.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
- Form the dough into 12 equal-sized balls. Flatten each ball slightly, then poke a hole in the center with your finger.
- Place the bagels on a greased baking sheet and brush with an egg wash (one egg beaten with 1 tablespoon of water). Sprinkle with dried blueberries.
- Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
