Ingredients
  • 4 6-ounce fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons blackening seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup mango salsa

Steps
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and swirl to coat the bottom of the pan.
  2. Sprinkle the blackening seasoning over both sides of each fish fillet.
  3. Add the fish fillets to the hot skillet and cook for 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet over medium heat, flipping once.
  5. To assemble tacos, top each warm tortilla with a cooked fish fillet and top with mango salsa.
  6. Serve immediately.
