Blackberry Jam
Ingredients
  • 4 cups blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cups sugar

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine blackberries, lemon juice and sugar.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
