- 4 cups blackberries
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cups sugar
- In a medium saucepan, combine blackberries, lemon juice and sugar.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
