Black Bean Hummus
Ingredients
  • 1 15-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. In a food processor or blender, combine the black beans, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, cumin and salt.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Serve with pita chips or vegetables.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
