- 1 15-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- In a food processor or blender, combine the black beans, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, cumin and salt.
- Process until smooth.
- Serve with pita chips or vegetables.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
