- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
- In a medium bowl, combine the oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt.
- Stir until well combined.
- Add the berries and stir to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold or warm up in the microwave for 1-2 minutes before serving.
