Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt.
  2. Stir until well combined.
  3. Add the berries and stir to combine.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold or warm up in the microwave for 1-2 minutes before serving.
