Berry Crisp
Ingredients
  • 2 cups of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 3 cups of fresh or frozen berries

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together oats, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
  3. Mix in melted butter until evenly distributed.
  4. Spread oat mixture over the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish.
  5. Spread berries over top of oat mixture.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let cool before serving.
