Bell Pepper Strips
Ingredients
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut the bell peppers into strips.
  3. Toss the strips with olive oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Spread the strips onto a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from oven and serve warm.
