- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut the bell peppers into strips.
- Toss the strips with olive oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Spread the strips onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven and serve warm.
