Beer Cheese Dip
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps
  1. In a saucepan, heat beer over medium-high heat until it comes to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to low and add cream cheese and cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
  3. Add garlic powder and stir until combined.
  4. Serve warm with chips, crackers or vegetables.
