- 1/2 cup beer
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- In a saucepan, heat beer over medium-high heat until it comes to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and add cream cheese and cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
- Add garlic powder and stir until combined.
- Serve warm with chips, crackers or vegetables.
