- 2 lbs. beef tips
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- In a large bowl, combine the beef tips, flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss to coat the beef tips.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
- Add the beef tips and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add the beef broth to the skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
- Serve hot.
