- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (15 oz) can mixed vegetables, drained
- 3 cups mashed potatoes
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and green pepper until the beef is no longer pink.
- Drain fat.
- Stir in soup and mixed vegetables.
- Spread into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Spread mashed potatoes over top.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until heated through.
