Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
Add the olive oil to the skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Add the bell peppers, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Slice the steak into thin strips and add it back to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir in the lime juice.
