- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink.
- Add the onion, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked white rice.
- Serve in bowls with your favorite toppings.
