Beef Burgundy
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 lbs. beef stew meat, cubed
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Steps
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
  2. Add beef cubes and cook until lightly browned.
  3. Sprinkle flour over the beef and stir to coat.
  4. Add onion and garlic; cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the beef broth and soup; bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until the beef is tender.
