Basil Hummus
Ingredients
  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of tahini
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of fresh basil leaves, chopped

Steps
  1. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, garlic, tahini and olive oil.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped basil leaves.
  4. Serve with pita chips or vegetables.
  5. Enjoy!
