In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until no longer pink. Add onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic; cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
In a large bowl combine pork and beans, black beans, tomatoes with juice, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, Dijon mustard and honey or brown sugar.
Stir in the cooked beef mixture.
Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Top with bacon crumbles.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until heated through.
