- 1/2 lb. cooked pork, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 3 baguettes, cut into 4-inch lengths
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, fish sauce, sugar, garlic and ginger to make the spread.
- Cut the baguettes in half lengthwise and spread the prepared spread on each half.
- Layer pork slices on top of each half and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 2 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Serve sandwiches warm.
