Banana Split Pie
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups sliced bananas

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch pie plate.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, sugar, flour and salt. Press into the bottom and sides of the prepared pie plate.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Stir in the sliced bananas.
  4. Pour into the prepared crust.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until set.
  6. Cool before serving.
