- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups sliced bananas
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch pie plate.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, sugar, flour and salt. Press into the bottom and sides of the prepared pie plate.
- In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Stir in the sliced bananas.
- Pour into the prepared crust.
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until set.
- Cool before serving.
