Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey
