Banana Oat Pancakā€¦
Ingredients
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Steps
  1. Mash the banana in a bowl.
  2. Add the oats, egg, baking powder and salt and mix until combined.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a small amount of oil.
  4. Drop 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake and cook for about 2 minutes per side.
  5. Serve with your favorite toppings.
