Ingredients
  • 3 large sweet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut sweet potatoes into wedges and place in a large bowl.
  3. Add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
  4. Spread the wedges onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
