Baked Salmon
Ingredients
  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the salt and pepper.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the salmon on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Serve warm.
