- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place salmon in a greased baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Spread over salmon.
- Bake for 20 minutes in preheated oven. Salmon should be easily flaked with a fork.
- Serve hot.
