Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  5. Serve with avocado salsa.
