- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
- Brush the salmon fillets with the olive oil mixture.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Serve with avocado salsa.
