- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped dill
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, dill and lemon juice.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the dill sauce evenly over the top of each fillet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
- Garnish with extra dill and serve.
