Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped dill
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, dill and lemon juice.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the dill sauce evenly over the top of each fillet.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with extra dill and serve.
