- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder and salt.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with foil and brush with the olive oil mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
