Baked Salmon Fill…
Ingredients
  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder and salt.
  3. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with foil and brush with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Serve warm.
