- 1 lb salmon filet
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the mixture on top of the salmon filet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve warm.
